Selling your home is a big decision involving your largest investment. Your listing agent has a legal responsibility to look out for your best
interests, and advise you accordingly. If/when you have questions regarding potential issues and contracts, you can depend on your
listing agent. Your agent will also represent you in all contract negotiations. Remember, it is our responsibility to look out for you,
and we take that responsibility very seriously!
2+2% TOTAL commission at closing
By giving your home a 24-hour online open house, and allowing you control over showings and open houses, we can give you home more exposure than
competing properties. At the same time, you can save thousands of dollars! Our commission is a low 2% of the sales price if no selling agent is involved.
